1. Program Participation

Submitting this form is an application only. Media K9 reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Accepted participants will be onboarded as virtual campus partners under terms communicated separately.

2. Data We Collect

By submitting this form, you consent to Media K9 collecting and processing:

• Your name, email, phone number, and university details
• City, province, course of study, and graduation year
• Social media handles (if voluntarily provided)
• Any other information you voluntarily submit

Your data is used solely for evaluating your application and managing your partnership. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Applicable Law

Media K9 operates under the following Pakistani legal framework:

Media K9 voluntarily aligns with the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023 (approved by Federal Cabinet, pending full enactment) and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 as amended in 2025.

4. Data Protection & Security

Media K9 implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data, including restricted access controls and encrypted transmission channels.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of online data submission.

5. Limitation of Liability — Cyber Attacks

⚠️ Media K9 shall NOT be held liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your personal data caused by third-party cyber attacks, hacking, malware, DDoS attacks, or breaches originating from external infrastructure or platforms beyond Media K9's direct control.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Hacking or unauthorized system intrusion by external actors
• Ransomware, malware, or phishing attacks
• Zero-day vulnerabilities in third-party hosting or form platforms
• Data breaches from cloud or infrastructure service providers
• Any event beyond Media K9's reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, Media K9's total liability to any Participant for data-related claims shall not exceed PKR 1,000 where no monetary benefit was received from the Program.

6. Breach Notification

In the event of a known data breach, Media K9 will endeavour to notify affected Participants within 72 hours of becoming aware, where reasonably practicable, and will cooperate with relevant Pakistani authorities (FIA Cybercrime Wing / NCPDP).

7. Your Rights

Consistent with PDPB 2023 principles, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting mediak997@gmail.com.

8. Data Retention

Unsuccessful applications are deleted or anonymized within 6 months. Active partner data is retained for the duration of engagement plus 2 years.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
